An order will usually take one working day to process before it is ready for dispatch.
From dispatch shipping usually takes:
UK: 1-2 working days (DHL)
USA/Canada: 2-4 working days (FedEx)
Europe: 2-4 working days (DHL/DPD)
Rest of World: 5-7 working days (FedEx)
We ship worldwide.
We ship from Birmingham, U.K.
All shipping labels are processed through parcel2go.com.
A tracking number is provided after dispatch and your order can be tracked through the parcel2go website.
For UK and EU shipping addresses VAT is included with the order.
For international orders you may be required to pay customs depending on the value of your order. Please check this with your local government before ordering.
Returning items for a full refund is possible for up to 14 days after purchase. Items returned to us would have to be in their original condition, unassembled and untampered with from their original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping.
Refunds for partially assembled kits or opened from their original packaging will not be accepted.

You can cancel order before it has been dispatched for a full refund.
If the order has already been dispatched and you wish to return it, you will have to provide return shipping in order for a full refund.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
All products ordered from us come with a 1 year standard warranty.
