Please fill out the form below if you are missing, have received a faulty part or had one fail with in your warranty period (1 year since receiving). Detail which part you need, provide a link to the build manual if you're unsure of the parts name.

Before submitting the form please check that everything else is also in order, that way we can send all of the items together.

Shipping times (approximate):
- UK: 2-3 working days
- Europe: 3-5 working days
- International: 7-10 working days (in some cases up to 15 working days)

Parts are typically dispatched on the following Monday of completing this form. You will receive an e-mail notification when dispatched.

Most parts on our products are open-source and "off the shelf", so if you need to get up and running asap you may be able to source the part locally on Amazon/eBay/Ali-express. If you need more details on a parts specifications please contact us.
